Filezilla no download option

I have a site at HostGator and filezilla no download option years I have used to backup it every Saturday, and then download the resulting file using Filezilla. However I couldn't did that last Saturday and I couldn't do that today because when I right-click on the file I want to download, the download option appears disabled see attached file, please. It seems to me you are right because I selected the folder I want the downloaded file to go to, and when I then rightclicked on it the Dowload filezilla no download option in the resulting menu was no longer disable.
